Opinel products come with a lifetime warranty and are exchanged in case of defects in materials and workmanship. Damages due to normal wear and tear, improper use, dismantling or other alteration, are not covered by the Manufacturers Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you have a damaged product, or would like to see if your knife qualifies, please fill out the form and a customer service representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.
