Accompanying the knives is a beautifully crafted wooden storage box, which features engravings of the animals depicted on the knives: trout, dog, hare, elk, mountain goat, and boar. This exquisite collection exemplifies Opinel's dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

The knives are constructed from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, renowned for its anti-corrosive properties and minimal maintenance requirements. The oak handles are sourced from ecologically managed French woodlands in the Alpine region and Jura mountains, reflecting high standards of social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
